Article 1

Determine the maximum sales prices of medicines for human use, below that will apply throughout the territory according to a. d. 3/2010, as follows:=

Article 2

At Wholesale prices and Hospital does not include value added tax.

On retail prices is included and the correspondi= ng VAT 10%.<= o:p>

In the regions applying reduced rates of VAT dru= gs sold at retail prices reduced by 2.73%

Article 3

On the outer package (film) medicines will disclose the pharmaceutical companies the new price or at least indicate new value "clearly marked in red.

In that regard the stocks of medicines with old = values in farmakapothikes, cooperatives and pharmacies, can be sold to the o= ld values from the farmakapothikes and cooperatives to 17.05.2010 from pharmacies until 23.5.2010.

All sales of medicines is VAT 10= % and for areas that apply reduced rates of 7%.
